We use trusted vendors to operate the Service: Lovable Cloud (hosting & database), Google Gemini (AI analysis), ElevenLabs (voice narration), and GoHighLevel (CRM & follow-up). Your data is shared with these processors only as needed.

4. Data Retention & Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@nexlevelcrm.io. We comply with applicable GDPR and CCPA requests.

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies — only what is necessary for the Service to function (e.g., theme preference). We do not sell your data.
