The Service generates an automated, AI-assisted audit of a public website. Audits are estimates only and are provided for informational purposes — they do not constitute professional, financial, or legal advice.

3. Permitted Use

You may submit only websites you own or have permission to analyze. You agree not to abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and reports generated by the Service are owned by NexLevelCRM. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use your generated audit for internal review.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NexLevelCRM is not liable for any damages arising from use of, or reliance on, the audit results.
